Petaluma's Wastewater Plant Redesign

Environmental Artist Patricia Johanson is part of the design team for Petaluma's new Wastewater Treatment Plant. She is currently designing an educational wetland in conjunction with the Treatment Plant that would connect with and double the size of Shollenberger Park, where people would be able to watch birds, hike along trails, look out over the land and have a close experience inside a wetland ecosystem.
